When you use the contact form on the Site, we collect your name, company or organisation name, department or title (optional), email address, type of inquiry and the content of your message. The Site currently uses no analytics tools or cookies that record browsing activity.
The Site does rely on Google Fonts (Google LLC) and Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) to render and deliver its pages. In doing so, your browser transmits communication data such as your IP address and browser type to those providers. See “Cookies and external transmission” in our Terms of Use for details.
3. Purpose of use
Personal information received through the contact form is used solely to respond to and handle your inquiry. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Processors
We use services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting the Site and for relaying contact form submissions. Content submitted through the form passes through those services, is then stored on a server we manage in Japan, and is notified to our staff via an email service provided by SAKURA Internet Inc.
Cloudflare, Inc. is a company incorporated in the United States, and part of the communication may therefore be processed outside Japan in the course of hosting and relaying. We confirm that our processors have appropriate security measures in place before engaging them, and we supervise them as necessary and appropriate.
6. Security measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the personal information we hold. In particular, we limit the staff who handle it to those who need it for their work, require authentication to reach the stored data, and encrypt communications. Where we entrust handling to a processor, we select and supervise that processor accordingly.
7. Retention
Personal information is appropriately disposed of or deleted after a reasonable period once your inquiry has been handled.
8. Disclosure, correction and deletion
If you request disclosure, correction or deletion of your own personal information, we will verify your identity and respond promptly in accordance with applicable law. Please use the contact point below.
